O and I celebrated our fourteen year Anniversary this week. We’re celebrating by spending a couple days in Austin next week, but we spent the actual day sitting in bed, surrounded by a pillow fort, recording a podcast episode that really went there. One thing about us, we never hold back from sharing the nitty gritty of our relationship because the Lord has delivered us from the PIT, y’all. In this episode, we talked about five years in our marriage—year one, year three, year seven, year ten and this year. I highly recommend listening on 1.5 speed because it’s nearly an hour long, but I always hope these episodes leave you realizing we’re all in the thick of this together.

If you look at that little sound bar and thought to yourself, “I’m not a podcast gal and you couldn’t pay me to listen to that,” don’t worry. This is a safe space. Read on for a juicy You Might Just Love section with podcast recommendations, the one piece of my dream, a truly perfect cookie and more. You can bypass the true microscope into our marriage this far and go about your day with the similar pep in your step you’ve come to enjoy from the gold standard from that section alone.
