It’s that time of year. The time where our calendar fills to overflowing and none of our responsibilities adjust—how rude. Last year, I put together the first Fall Recipe Roundup and after a year of new rhythms, routines and recipes I decided to make the 2.0 version for you all. (And let’s be real, this is for me, too). First things first: as I’m typing this, it’s 107 degrees outside and very much not Fall. I’m not one to rush past seasons so just know that when I say Fall, I mean “the time of year where our kids are back in school or preparing to be, sports are ramping up and the carefree days of Summer are coming to an end.” I don’t mean pumpkins and sweaters and rainboots and crisp mornings. It’s as long and in-depth as it sounds so it’s not one to scroll through in passing—you’re gonna want to save that one for when you have at least a five minute window. For today, I’m going to share a few more essential recipes, the current meal routine that’s working for me and a basic breakdown of our schedule this Fall and what meals look like right now. Let’s do the “you might just love” first, shall we?
