This week, as indicated by this email, was spent caring for E who had one of those weeks that are a direct result of having severe RSV at two months old. Keogena had RSV at three months old and we have dealt with steroids and steam showers and all the things ever since, so we get it, but it’s always a bit trickier with such a little baby. Thankfully he was joyful and sweet the whole time, but what time wasn’t spent packing this week was spent trying to convince him the nebulizer isn’t terrifying.
We’ve finally (!!) reached move-in week. It’s going to be a different type of move-in which I’ll explain more about in a couple weeks, but by the time you receive next week’s email, we should be in. I hope you can feel the giddiness coursing through my fingers typing that out, friends. But I have a lifetime of work ahead of me in the next seven days which I’ll document and share through photos and meals and sneak peeks.
