I hope you all had a beautiful Mother’s Day weekend last week. I know we all find ourselves in vastly different camps today. You may be in the thick of Maycember, frosting cupcakes for end of year parties or hot gluing decorations for who knows what. Maybe you’re in Summer, like us, and deep cleaning every nook in your home while simultaneously taking full advantage of the rest. No matter where this finds you, you’ve got meals to make and I’ve got the letter to help you. I’m sharing the sourdough discard bagels that were shockingly easy and have received high praise from my whole family, the crumble top gluten and dairy free muffins that are so easy to throw together and the vegan homemade hamburger helper that O couldn’t get enough of this week.
I’m also adding old favorites to the meal plan because this is a prep week for us so there’s nothing fancy here. I’m looking for quick, healthy and delicious.
