Enakhe is my first picky eater and I’m wading through new waters here. It’s been about a few months of figuring out how to get the child to eat more than sausage, broccoli, crackers, cheese, chips, applesauce and the fruit and snacks all toddlers love. My three other children ate, quite literally, everything at 18 months old. And they ate constantly. I was told fourth children are a wildcard and that has proven to be true.

All of that to say, I started getting back to making my own snacks because snacks he’s always game for, so I wanted to know everything that was in them and also would love to stop spending $$$ for itty bitty packs of organic snacks. I’m sharing three go-to toddler recipes in here that my other kids adore, too. I don’t have many outfit photos from the week and I have more videos of last week’s meals than photos, but this meal plan is a lovely one.
