Quiche, addictive chicken salad & the sale I've been waiting for

This week felt like it was two days, max. We had multiple things we were looking forward to and the fact that they’re now behind us is still a bit of a shock. The end of the school year is inching towards us, a trip we’ve been counting down the days for is just moments away now and yet, my people need to be fed. Constantly. Shout out to everyone getting it done the best way you know how—we’re all in the same boat. You’re doing great.
I had grand plans of doing a big grill night to end the week, but ended up pulling out the “reserves” (a box of vegan & gluten-free macaroni and turkey kielbasa) to pull together in 15 minutes after the busiest Sunday we’ve had in a while. We hosted my niece last minute on Friday so we did a big Pizza order to eat on the sidelines for back to back football games and grabbed a very rare Jersey Mikes after a sweltering soccer Saturday. It’s time to feed my sourdough starter, meal prep what I can and hunker down to get back to real life in the kitchen this week. I adore this Menu, if I do say so myself, and I hope it serves you and your family well. One word: QUICHE.
