September was great! Celebrated my 5 years olds birthday with the best party. (Elsa came) went camping in our rv for the first time, it was glorious. The weather in Florida got down into the 60s so felt like fall. I’m feeling tired for this last quarter of the year. Excited I’m off on a girls trip celebrating my belated 30th birthday trip to New York City for the first time! Send me any of your recommendations! :)

AH! How exciting!! I miss New York so, so much! Wander all the shops in soho, be sure not to miss breakfast at Balthazar or Jacks Wife Freda, the Polo Bar, Doughnut Plant for Vegan doughnuts, Erin McKenna for vegan and gluten free treats, Norman & Jules for the most magical children’s toy store, Sezane for shopping in person…and of course Central Park for some magic!

I’m so excited for fall now! I am joining you in this postpartum season so I 1) feel like I have no time to figure out how to make fall feel

Like fall and 2) love the postpartum specific stuff!

Bless you for buying the larger jeans ❤️❤️ my sister in law and I were talking about it yesterday, how our bodies are just wider and those probably jeans just don’t fit the same despite the scale number.

Love the Friday rhythm of reading your newsletter 🥰 i live in the upper Midwest and we dress a little more casual here, but I always keep in touch with what’s current or coming through your style 🤩

Visiting my hometown last month (Barrington, IL) I remembered how true your statement is so I love that you share it with me. And you’re so right. My hips have a life of their own postpartum and one day many months after birth, things just magically fit. I won’t put too much pressure on it…but I will grab a couple jeans 😂

I’m so glad you’re here for the Friday morning delight—means the world 💛

I'm so bummed they keep pushing back The Nightingale movie! Argh. Love that book. Not to rub it in, but it is full on fall here in Montana. The leaves are golden yellow and orange, and the mornings are crisp. Maybe you can sneak away for a fall experience in October??

Stacy, the not to rub it in might as well be completely erased because this is the biggest flex anyone can have for me.

I’m not jealous about money or hair or talent or fame…But the moment someone gets to see changing leaves and wear a jacket in October, check on me 😂

Well, the flex will be over by January when it’s -30°. 🫣😆
