It was sad to hear you say bye on the podcast because I relate to you so much, you are so lovely and wise to listen to and your faith is so evident! But I would never want you to do it at the cost of your family so good on you for doing the hard thing and prioritizing the good things. Will continue to enjoy your words here!
Will miss you tremendously on the podcast — loved your candid thoughts and your spark with Ashlee and Katie. I am so happy though that we get your words twice a week here! Glad you are making decisions that work best for you and your family. Life be life-ing. ❤️
Did I say out loud in my car "noooooo Jill!!!" when I listened to the podcast yesterday? Yep. Do I totally understand? Absolutely! We will miss you greatly on there, but so glad to still get a piece of you here :) In the words of you - Follow your peace! You and your family are worth it :)
Going to miss you on C+C! Your reminder that your body is the least interesting thing about you was SO needed by me (was diagnosed with Hashimotos in Dec which explains my weight gain/symptoms but feeling discouraged). So glad we still get to keep up with you on Substack!
I'm sorry, friend. I know how it feels to finally feel represented by someone with what feels like your exact battles and I hate to have taken that away! Thankfully I struck gold with my former co-hosts and the show always exists in a way to make women feel safe, known, encouraged and loved. I know they'll continue to do just that! I hope I'm able to be some form of comfort here. Thanks for your sweet words, Lauren!
it was a joy to listen to you on the coffee and crumbs podcast, and i’m really thankful that we will still get to enjoy anything you want to share here on substack! peace be with you, jill 🤍

Agree with this!!!
Thanks, friend!

I'm so glad you're following your peace by saying no to something, even a good thing. That example is an encouragement to me & I'm sure many others 💛
